Anne Chester is originally from the Dallas-Fort Worth area. She earned her bachelor’s degree in 1996 from Austin College, and her master’s degree in 1999 from the George Warren Brown School of Social Work at Washington University. Anne has worked in a variety of settings including residential, hospital, outpatient, and day treatment.
